SERVICE (FOR MAN POWER) PERCENTAGE WITH RATE CONTRACT (FOR CLEANING MATERIALS) TENDER FOR SWEEPING THE ROADS AND MAINTAINING THE BACK YARDS AT ZONE V, VI AND BLOCK B1-B9 AT TONDIARPET HOUSING COLONY FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS

1. Sweeping and maintaining the road portion backyards at zone V and VI and block B1-B9 daily in Tondiarpet housing Colony I&II by removing all waste papers rubbish,garbage,earth dust and other spilled materials etc., and maintaining the area in neat and tidy condition free from all road dust including removing small growth of grass and vegetation on the road sides,back yards etc ., including cleaning the stagnated water in the road surface during rainy seasons, including depositing the swept materials in the dustbins in the near by area all as specified and as directed including all labour, tools, brooms, wire brushes etc., complete. 1.Supplying of unskilled coolie asper minimum wages act Note : 1. Supplyig Labour (Unskilled) should be engaged MInimum 11 nos as per Minimum Wages act on all days excluding sundays and closed holidays, including wearing of uniforms. 2. Tools and equipments for the work is paid separately. 3. Non posting of labours will be deducted at the rate as specified in tender conditions. 4. The Tenderer should quote the rate in Excess(+) percentage only. If the tenderer quote the rate in Less(-) percentage, it will be disqualified.
