RNY Division - Electrical works in connection with replacement of dilapidated 82 units Type - I quarters by standard Type - II quarters in BG-I section and repairs to leaky roof of staff quarters (350 units) at BNGN.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or "V" whichever is less ;where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of 'total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i)Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii)Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii)One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. (b)(1) In case of tenders for composite works (e.g. works involving more than one distinct component, such as Civil Engineering works, S&T works, Electrical works, OHE works etc. and in the case of major bridges - substructure, superstructure etc.), tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i)Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, or (ii)Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, or (iii)One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender.

Similar nature of work is -Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of any LT/HT Electrical works.

Valid copy of PAN and GSTIN needs to be furnished along with the documents.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The total cost is including GST. Hence tenderer are advised to quote the tender inclusive of GST.

All the dismantled material should be handed over to E.I.C. at site with proper challan.

All materials which will be utilized for this work shall confirm to relevant IS specifications.

All the materials should be got inspected and approved by the competent representative of Sr.DEE/G/RNY & Engineer in Charge should be contacted before execution of work.

The contractor(s) have to supply all petty stores, which may be required for successful commissioning of the equipments, but not mentioned in the schedule of works. The rate quoted against each item shall be inclusive of those petty stores.

Successful Tenderer shall produce & hand over test and Guarantee certificate issued by manufacturer of all the equipment/ Component at the time of supply to Railways, failing which bill of the work will not be passed.

The Contractor shall execute the work to entire satisfaction of the site Engineer, SR DEE/RNY(G) or his representative.

Flexible Wire, PVC Cable Make should be of Crompton/Polycab/Richa/ Kolors/Anchor /BCH/KEI/Finolex.

Colour coding should be used in all wiring. For Positive- Red,Negative - Black & Earth - green.

Switchgear like MCCB,MCB, RCCB , etc. should be make of BCH/C&S/ABB/Geco/ Legrand/Lauritz Knudsen/Indo Asean.

All Switch, socket, power unit, ceiling rose, holder, AC starter, Modular box, Modular plate etc make should be of Crompton Kolors(Kany Kom)/ Anchor/Havell's/ C&S/ Legrand.

PVC casing caping/Conduit pipe make should be of Presto Plast/ Presto Teak/Richa.

GI octagonal Pole make should be of J K Industries/Nezone/Bengal pole corporation/ Ambica Tube Industries(ATI)/Utkarsh.

XLPE armoured cable make should be of Havell's/KEI/Polycab/Richa.

A.C.S.R make should be of Atlas Electricals/Elpro/Hindustan/Necob.

Insulators Make should be of Atlas Electricals/CPL/ABI/Elpro/RRI.

GI Pipe make should be of Jindal/Bansal/TATA.

The drawing of panel board should be approved by the competent authority before fabrication and commissioning.

Payment Clause:Payment 70/80% of the payment shall be made to the contractor/firm against the supply of material of the work.

Joint Test reports with EIC for earth resistance to be submitted with submission of bill.

Tenderer should submit the documents as per the Annexure-'A' attached at the time of submission of bill.

Successful contractor must follow guidelines as per extant rules of IR-Shramik Kalyan Portal.

Penalty :- In case of any damage causes to railway materials at the time execution of work, penalty will be imposed as per railway norms otherwise the same should be rectified as per original.
