A-LT line for Qtrs
Supply, carrying, loading & unloading of swaged type G I tubular pole 8.5 mtr long , 1 Type-410 SP-22 having weight 141 kgs, step length 5.00/1.75/1.75 mtr having sectional outer dia 165.1/139.7/114.3 mm and sectional thickness 4.50/4.50/3.65 mm respectively as per IS:2713-1980 including suitable size base plate & cap as per direction of EIC at site .
Erection of GI tubular pole 8.5 mtr long by contactor own arrangement by digging the 2 pit to 1/5th of the pole height with execution of CC foundation work of size 45cmx45m in ratio 1:2:4 by cement,sand and chips of size 19 mm and down upto full depth & 1ft above the GL as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply, fitting and fixing of GI angle bracket of size - 50x50x6mm, 1200 mm long to be fixed on pole with suitable size GI clamp made of 50X5 mm, GI flat with 50X16 mm bolts, nuts and washers etc as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length, 50 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness.The GI Strip ( should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value.The connecting conductor from earth electrode tothe distribution panel board 13 should not be thinner than 8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC andThe values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. As per Drg. B-Street Lighting

Erection of GI tubular pole 7.5 mtr long by contactor own arrangement by digging the 2 pit to 1/5th of the pole height with execution of CC foundation work of size 45cmx45cm in ratio 1:2:4 by cement,sand and chips of size 19 mm and down upto full depth & 1ft above the GL as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and commissioning of PVC junction box of dimension 200mmX 160 mm X 98 3 mm including necessary elmec terminals, din rail, cable glands, 6A SPN MCB to be fixed with tubular pole by proper size clamps and necessary protection for cable by GI pipe as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and drawing of 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor wire 1100 volts grade conforming to IS: 694/1990 as per direction of EIC at site for connection street light fittings.
Supply and laying of 16 sq mm 2 core XLPE insulated heavy duty power cable for working voltage up to & including 1100 volts conforming to IS:1554(PART -I) and IS: 7098(PART - I) with latest ammendments armoured aluminum cable as per direction of EIC at site.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type (KIOSK type) hinged, feeder pillar box comprising of following items and made of MS angle, channel 11 by MS sheet of not less than 18 SWG duly welded and painted by 2 coats of primer, two coats of finishing paint (spray paint) Doco/Nerolac brand of approved colour both in interior and exterior as per direction of EIC at site. Supply. Installation, testing and commissioning of indoor cubicle type floor mounted panel board of suitable size and suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply made out of MS sheet not less than 14 SWG as per direction of EIC at site. The busbar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of ratings as mentioned below. The drawing of panel board should be approved by 12 the competent authority before fabrication and commissioning. The panel shall be painted with two coats of primer & two coats of exterior coating by spray painting and shall consists of the following:- a) 100A TPN Copper busbar of suitable dimension - 1 set, b) 63A, MCB TPN - 1 no, c) 40A, MCB DP - 4 nos, d) AC single phase electronic kwh energy meter of rating 5-30A, Class 1.0, 240V, 50Hz, Counter type display with transparent hinge type box.- 4 nos, e) Digital panel mounted Ammeter in 96x96 sq mm in flush mounted case - 1 no and f) Digital panel mounted voltmeters in 96x96 sq mm in flush mounted case - 1 no

Supply and wiring of light/FL point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLS multi 1 stranded copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch installed in suitable size consealed MS board 2.5mm thick having hylum sheet on top & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fittings as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and wiring of ceiling fan point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLS multi stranded copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. 2 Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch including 5 point electronic regulator installed in suitable size consealed MS board 2.5mm thick having hylum sheet on top with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistrand copper cable & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fan as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and wiring of exhaust fan point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLS multi 3 stranded copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch including suitable size consealed MS board 2.5mm thick having hylum sheet on top with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistrand copper cable & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fan as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and wiring of 6A 5 pin plug point by PVC insulated and un-sheathed FRLS 4 multi stranded copper cable, single core 2.5 sq.mm through PVC casing & caping with earth continuity by single core 1.0 sq mm copper cable including concealed MS board 2.5mm thick having hylum sheet on top. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch , 6A socket installed in board and as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and wiring of 16 A, 6-pin Plug point/Geyser point by PVC insulated and un- 5 sheathed FRLS multi stranded copper cable, single core 4.0 sq.mm through PVC casing & caping with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistand copper cable including concealed MS board 2.5mm thick having hylum sheet on top. Cable connection to be done through 16 A flush type controlling switch, 16A socket installed in board and as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and wiring of call bell point by PVC insulated and un-sheathed FRLS multi 6 stranded copper cable, single core 1.5 sq.mm through PVC casing & caping with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistand copper cable including concealed MS board 2.5mm thick having hylum sheet on top. Cable connection to be done through 6 A bell push botton switch and ding dong sound door bell installed in board and as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply, erection & commissioning of RCCB DP with 6 KA short circuit withstand capacity of 16 A , 300 mA sensitivity confirming to IS: 12640-1:2000 in powder coated sheet metal enclosure on suitable size PVC board as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply & wiring of Main line by 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable including earth continuity wire by 1.0 sq.mm multistand copper cable through the circuit as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply & wiring of Sub-main line by 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable including earth continuity wire by 1.0 sq.mm multistand copper cable through the circuit as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply, testing, installation and commissioning of double door SPN distribution board 10 8 way double door metal SPN DB consisting of 32A, MCB DP - 1 no in main incoming, 20A, MCB DP - 1 no. , 6A, MCB SP - 2 nos and 16A, MCB SP - 2 nos and necessary fixing arrangements as per direction of EIC at site.
