Dismantling /taking out existing Textile coverings including frames (if any) or hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing of dismantled material etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening/cleaning surfaces of roof/top surface of RCC slab etc with wire brush, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for woven chicken wire mesh to exposed top surface of slab including necessary fixing materials, nails etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in padding for levelling course of roof, rounded or chamfer edge sloping, coving all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab etc concrete mixed with water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed 15mm thick using WPC on concrete surfaces on roof top in CM 1:3 finished fair and smooth (without using extra cement) and mixed with water proofing compound @ 1% of weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions whichever is higher complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Water Ponding Test to be carried out after cement concrete/Plaster work for roof for min 72 Hrs

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, at the rate of 0.40 ltr/Sqm, providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Smart care damp proof of Asian Paints by roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof 33 % dilution of Asian paints including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling & coving with smart care repair mortar (wherever required), filling of crack filler with smart care crack filler of Asian Paints (wherever required) complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with 2000 ltrs capacity) incl lid with locking arrangements and all fittings & fixtures to connect with existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tile of any description laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L for 20mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window -cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) for cement concrete un-reinforced all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floors, hard standings etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying 2 coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.
