RequiredThe OEM/Bidder should comply with Government of India orders regarding restrictions on procurement from countries sharing land border with India and submit necessary declaration in this regard
RequiredThe OEM/Bidder should not be blacklisted/debarred by any Central Government Department/State Government Department/PSU/Public Organization in India. Self-declaration shall be submitted
RequiredThe offered products should qualify under Class-I Local Supplier category under Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Policy with minimum local content as per prevailing Government of India norms. Necessary declaration/certificate shall be submitted
RequiredThe bidder shall provide undertaking that all supplied equipment shall be new and unused and no refurbished/reconditioned equipment shall be supplied
