Cleaning of underground sump of any capacity cleaning the floors, wall and ceiling portion of sump etc by Mechanical high pressure spray and steel wire brush to remove Algae/dirt/foreign dirt completely and soaking out the water/dirt with a high pressure wet vaccum pump and removing spoils out side of MD land at a distance exc 5 Kms & n.exc 10 Kms and applying spray of approved chemical etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- Rates deemed to be included for pumping out water left below foot valve.

Sump capacity ranges from 1.00 ML to 1.5 ML

Sump capacity ranges from 0.25 LG to 0.5 LG

All as per item No 1.00 above but PVC over head tank at any location and of any capacity in highrise buildings & Low rise buildings.

OHT capacity ranges from 3000 ltrs to 5000 ltrs.

OHT capacity ranges from 2000 ltrs to 500 ltrs

Cleaning the vegetation including grass, bushes small trees and all vegetation growth complete including digging out the root of bushes and small trees around the installation/sump/OH reservoir, valve chamber etc. filling the rough holes with earth and levelling the surfaces by removing all debris to a distance n.exc.50m complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in repairs FRP lid cover for PVC water storage tank including complete accessories for closing and locking arrangement suitable for 3000 - 5000 ltrs capacity all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 5.00 above but for PVC water tanks of 300-2000 ltrs capacity

Cleaning of loft tanks of capacity 270 to 275 ltrs in existing position by mechanised pressure,cleaned by using the remedical drinking water PVC tank cleaning solution and soaking out the water by wet vaccum pump and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (LLDPE) rectangular loft tank with lid of net capacity 275 litres with gross capacity of tank at least 5 percent in excess of minimum net capacity including 03 Nos adaptor with water for inlet / outlet overflow as per manufacturer instruction and over all dimension as 995-1200 mm length, 620-820mm width, 285-485mm height, 300mm internal dia of hand hole, minimum wall thickness 2.75mm, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The weight of tank shall not be less than 11.0 Kg excluding lid.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC profile suitable for 270 ltrs loft tank including fixing of aluminium channel around the profile complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Stop valves/stop cock, cast copper alloy,screwed down,high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle suitable for 15 mm bore dia ,screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and including necessary clamp & saddles all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle suitable for 15 mm dia bore , screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and including necessary clamp & saddles all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs brass float valve (ISI marked) high pressure with (flat) and fly nut complete screwed for GI pipe 15mm bore including necessary GI fittings such as elbow, reducer, nipple etc.

Supply and fix in repairs brass float valve (ISI marked) high pressure with float (flat) and fly nut complete screwed for GI pipe 20 mm bore including necessary GI fittings such as elbow, reducer, nipple etc.

S& F Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, of size Fe 410-W(GdeE- 250) quality A or all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Cost of making necessary holes in wall making good the disturb surfaces using cement and sand mortar for fixing iron section is deemed to be including in the rate quoted.

Disconnecting LT cables of various sizes from electric motor of different capacites and decoupling from the pumping sets. Removing and taking down carefully and transporting to authorised workshop for rewinding. Strip opening and dismanting complete rotor and stator assembly. Cutting and taking out old burnt copper winding from the stator assembly and cleaning the slots of stator with carbon tetra chloride solution. Material and labour for rewinding, complete stator assembly with and including super enamelled copper winding, wire of suitable gauge matching with existing. Applying the minimum two coats of insulation varnish and keeping the stator assembly in heating chamber to improve for insulation value. Assembling the motor, transporting to site of work, coupled with the pumping set, alignments properly, connecting the LT cables and commissioning complete of the following capacity of Electric motors :-

(a) 150 HP capacity

(b) 75 HP Capacity

(c) 40 HP Capacity

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 25 X 4mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel upto the test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to existing earth strip including PCC earth pit with CI cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 40 mm dia for earth lead 7.5m length and 20mm GI pipe for watering, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcoal and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing on completion. Note :- Cost of strip upto 7.5m long galvanised earth lead 25x4mm size & PCC earth pit to be casted on the PCC base of 75cmx75cmx40mm is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of Aluminium Strip of size 25x 3.15mm thick with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed

S&F PVC water storage Tank hoisting and fixing in position at any location removing existing distmantling RCC/PCC/PVC OHT and new foundation making as well as disconnecting all incoming & out going connection , provision of new tank fittings & connecting it at existing position up to 50 mm GI Pipe connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples as specified and directed.
