Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
De-vegetation of plants of girth of not exceeding 225 mm from monument/structure by removing bushes, trees including complete uprooting from the wall & roofs/structures carefully including suitable chemical treatment to roots to avoid further growth including disposal of rubbish to nearest Municipal dumping ground. Lead as per direction of Engineer incharge.

(Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.30.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.
