SITC of 1.5 KVA / 24V single phase inverter conforming relevant IEC codes with up-to amendments, suitable to operate on DC Input from the lead acid 2X12V battery and able to tap from main supply as independant Input and to deliver the AC output of 230 V on 1 Phase, 50 Hz, 2 wire system including connection, interconnections, provision for earthing with GI wire etc. as required having protection against over current, over temperature, cooling fan failure, DC reverse polarity, AC & DC short circuit and over current, AC & DC over voltage and temperature, AC & DC under voltage and thermal overloading and complete as per site requirement.

SITC of 2 X 12V, 150AH @ C10 rating, tall tubular battery suitable to connect with the above mentioned 1.5KVA inverter for power storage including connection, interconnections, etc. as required and comprising MS structures to accmodate battery and inverter, provision for earthing of structures with GI wire etc. as per site requirements.

Supply of 1X18W LED tube light fitting (4ft) with all accessories including LED tube lamp as per tender specification for the CISF watch tower etc. as required.

Supply of 10WLED bulkhead fittings with system lumen 1000lm or higher. The luminaire efficiency shall be >100lm. The luminaire shall be 4000K-6500K color temperature and having 50000 burning hours life with minimum 70% lumen maintenance. CRI > 80, housing should be CRCA Sheet of thickness of ≥0.5 mm thick. The diffuser shall be opal diffuser, electronic driver should be in built with life of 50000 hrs, power factor ≥0.95 of the input voltage tolerance shall be 140-270 volt AC complete in all respect suitable for replacing the existing bulkhead fitting installed at various locations in CISF watch tower etc. complete as required.

Supply of 50W, 3 blades, aero dynamically balanced leaf wall mount fan complete with bearing, motor, blades, capacitor etc. complete as required. Size 400mm

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C (the work includes supply and fixing of suitable size of MS conduits in recessed or wall surface)

Wiring for light/power plug with 4 x 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in recessed steel conduit along with 2 Nos. 4 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. (The work includes supply and fixing of suitable size of MS conduits in recessed or wall surface)

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in recess steel conduit as required. a) 2x1.5sq.mm+ 1x1.5 sq.mm earth wire (The work includes supply and fixing of suitable size of MS conduits in recessed or wall surface)

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in recess steel conduit as required. a) 2x4sq.mm+ 1x4 sq.mm earth wire (The work includes supply and fixing of suitable size of MS conduits in recessed or wall surface)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on in recess, including providng and fixing 2 nos. 6 pin 15/16 amps modular socket outlets and 2 nos 15/16 amps modular switches, connection etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall mount fan, including suitable bracket arrangements, modification work if required etc. as per site conditions.

Installation, testing and commissioning of prewired LED outdoor fittings of all types complete with all accessories and LED bulkhead fitting etc. directly on ceilling /wall including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of prewired LED indoor fittings of all types complete with all accessories and LED tubes etc. directly on ceilling /wall including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. Thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe with charcoal/ coke and salt etc. as required.

Supply of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. complete as required. 50 mm dia (outer dia)

Laying of 50mm dia DWC pipe direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in all types of soil including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. Complete as required

Supply of 4C X 16 Sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 part I 1988 with upto date amendments etc complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C X 16 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing HDPE/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Providing, laying 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in ground in existing trench (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 6 way, Double Door

Supplying and fixing single pole 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in bituminous/ cement concrete paved area of runway for cables/ pipes of bore not exceeding 50 mm upto a depth of 0.12 meter including filling back/ sealing the cutting using cement concrete/ compound / bitumen and restoring the surface to normal condition etc complete as required but excluding pipe laying..

Providing, laying and fixing 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (65 cm deep) and re-filling etc complete as required.
