Charges for carrying out periodical maintenance works on fire extinguishers at various locations and elevations viz., checking for pitting, corrosion, accidental discharge, wear and tear on the metal body and in the pressure retaining part, cap washers, extinguishing medium and operating mechanism for healthiness, cleaning the nozzle outlet and vent holes for any blockages with blower, pressure indicating devices for retaining of correct pressure/ gas cartridges for correct weight and healthy sealing disc, lubricating the plungers, replacement of the washers, recording the facts on cylinder & maintenance cards including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
