Labour charges for painting with polyurethane paint at all heights & locations , prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including cleaning of surface,preparation of surface with sand paper, etc. complete in the existing steel structure as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Submission of Insurance Policy for the Personnel Involved is mandatory). ( Thinner for paint is inclusive in this item) (Note - 1. Dry film thickness of polyurethane paint is 60 micron. 2. Supply of Paint will be paid in separate item. 3. Hiring of boom lift & scissor lift will be paid in separate item

Supply of polyurethane paint ( make - Jotun , product name - Hardtop XP or equivalent ) . All complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, Painting, Hoisting and Erecting in position including detailing of MS built up section structural frame work using Mild Steel Square/rectangular/circular hollow sections of required thicknesses, specified as per relevant drawings {conforming to IS 4923 / 1161 (Hot finished ERW Pipes Grade YST 310) in profile as per approved drawings. Fabrication of structural elements shall be done using SAW/MAW/MIG welding process, including transportation, cutting, threading, machining, all leads and lifts up to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations. The structural members shall be painted with 220 microns DFT comprising of anti-corrosive protection coating using Jotun or approved make paint with first coat of Zinc phosphate primer penguard hsp zp grey or equivalent, 120 microns in single coat, second coat of 50 to 60 microns polyurethane paint hardtop XP or approved equivelant and the final coat of 50 to 60 microns polyurethane paint hardtop XP or approved equivelant. The primer shall be applied at ground, second coat after assembling and final coat after erection including touch-up of damaged area of already painted surfaces if any, upto all heights including preparation of surface with grit/sand blasting upto Sa 2.5 grade (at least) of the structural steel member and thorough cleaning of the surface before application of primer/paint.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Hiring of battery operated scissor lift for cleaning, painting etc. of ceiling & structural steel work for working height upto 18 mtrs. i/c hire charges of machine, operator, day to day maintenance, to and fro carriage from supplier, loading/unloading at site etc. all complete as per site requirement & direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. No any extra/other charges will paid in this account. ( maximun safe load capacity is 230 kg )

Hiring of battery operated boom lift Machineries for cleaning, painting etc. of ceiling & structural steel work for working height upto 60 ft. i/c hire charges of machine, operator, day to day maintenance, to and fro carriage from supplier, loading/unloading at site etc. all complete as per site requirement & direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. No any extra/other charges will paid in this account. ( maximun safe load capacity is 680 kg )
