This item is reserved to be procured from MSE registered source only.The Tenderer must submit along with the Tender the proof of their being MSE registered with any of the agencies mentioned in the notification of Ministry of MSME and which are also indicated in the Para 2 of the Instructions to Tenderers for electronic Tender. B} The manufacturers participating directly in the tender shall submit the MSE registration certificate along with the offer. The firm who are traders are required to submit the MSE registration certificate of their principal and tender specific authorization letter from their principal manufacturer on their letter head along with the tender. Also the item supplied by the trader shall be inspected at the manufacturer premises by the inspecting agency before supply. The offer received from traders not complying these conditions will be summarily rejected.

1)The procurement of the item is restricted to ISI Marked product only. 2)Bidder should hold valid BIS licence of IS:1363 (part1) and IS:1363(part3) as on tender opening date. 3)If any firm is holding BIS License of only one item [IS:1363 (part1) and IS:1363(part3)], they can bid with their license for their item and offer the other item from any BIS license holder firm with tender specific authorization from that BIS license firm. 4)Offers from the authorized dealers of the above mentioned BIS approved manufacturers/main may also be considered, but the following conditions are to be complied with: i) Furnishing of a tender specific letter of authorization from the relevant principal manufacturer along with tender failing which offer will be summarily rejected. ii) Direct dispatch from the premises of manufacturer to the Railway consignee.Submission of manufacturers test and guarantee certificate with each lot of supplies. 5)The BIS approved manufacturers dealer should enclose current and valid approval of BIS licence of manufacturer along with the offer.

The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their jurisdictional assessing officers (Designation, address & email ID). Also tenderers are required to furnish the correct HSN code for the offered item along with their bid

Inspection by Consignee

Firm name, manufacturing month and year must be inscribed on item.

Your offer will remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening or otherwise mentioned.

FOR destination, rates may be quoted as material is required at consignees premises.

SPECIAL TENDER CONDITIONS FOR GST: ALL THE BIDDERS/TENDERERS SHOULD ENSURE THAT THEY ARE GST COMPLIANCE AND THEIR QUOTED TAX STRUCTURE/RATES ARE AS PER GST LAW

In terms of clause 3.0 of the Instructions to Tenderers for e- tenders, ITT rev. 1.21 of April 2024 and corrigendum 1 ITT rev.1.21 of April 2024 dated- 19.09.2024 Bidders not falling in the exempt category for furnishing EMD, are required to Mandatorily furnish the requisite EMD along with their offer, Failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. Mode of despatch By :Road Transport on freight prepaid and door delivery basis.

Purchaser reserves the right to issue any Corrigendum to the tender up to five days prior to the due date of opening of the tender, excluding the date of opening. Tenderers are also advised, in their own interest, to regularly check, till the opening of the tender the website www. ireps.gov.in to see whether any such corrigendum to the tender has been issued or not and for submitting their e-bids or revising their e-bids

It is the responsibility of firm that the material should be packed properly so as to reach at destination safely.

In case of authorized agent, firm will submit proof of purchase if demanded.

5% General Damages may be recovered from the firm, in case of failure of firm to supply even after the expiry of delivery period/extended delivery period (if any)

Purchaser reserves the right to cancel the premature contract without explaining any reason.

Firm must carefully examine the contents of purchase order, in case any discrepancy is noticed then firm shall make a representation immediately in IREPS portal within 03 days from the date of issue of purchase order. Any representation thereafter may not be entertained
