M & L for applying rust-remover and then applying rust preventive paint of makes mentioned in list of approved makes to all exposed reinforcement bars complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

M & L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat of approved make as specified to bind old concrete surfaces of soffit of slab, column, beam and similar structural members for new gunited/ cement surface complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately in relevalent item.

M & L for applying a coat hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/ sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/ sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3kg/sqm and not less than 3mm thick reinforced with glass fiber non-woven polyester fabric (wt.not less than 150gm/sqm) by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 10cm end lap and membrane properly tucked inside the wall of 300mm depth. Dismantaling and taking down old sprinklers and Supply, installation and testing of Sprinkler glass bulb type (Standard response) as per IS:15106/TAC guidelines 68 degree temperature rating concealed flush type including Sprinkler rossette 25mm dia for false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
