SECURITY WALL, FENCING AND GATE: Providing and fixing of Stainless steel grade 304 capital letter in English with Main letter of name as specified in drawing ( COAST GUARD AIR ENCLAVE) of minimize size not less than 22.00 cm x 35.00 cm with 25 mm raising. The all letters shall also be of Stainless steel grade 304 . The letters shall be fixed with the help of stainless steel studs on Stainless steel sheet 1.50 mm thick wih heating process on MS gate as shown. The stainless-steel studs shall be properly grouted/ fixed with suitable sealant. ( Note :-The design of matters describing letters etc is mentioned in the tender drawing. Test report for conformality of material with specifications shall be provided. The work shall be executed to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Contractor shall provide a Design of signage with logo for approval from User before implementation at site.)

Supply and fix concertinal coil of 750mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230 gm (min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make including white colouur, each coil having in 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg (plus or minus 5%) including hangle and speke at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing including necessary welding/clipping to MS section etc complete all as specified and directed.

EOT CRANE: Design , supply, install, testing and commissioning of indoor type EOT (electrically operated travelling) double girder over head crane of 5 Ton capacity, class III, M7 as per IS:3177 of 2020 and IS : 807 of 2006 and other relevant Indian standards of latest versions having straight travel path, operating on 415 volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC and with control voltage not exceeding 110 volts, AC through low voltage transformer with independent movable pendent supported by chain/SS rope, double girder type , floor operated movable pendent control by means of push buttons independent of crab trolly position with protective panel with down shop lead, trailing cable complete with minimum IP-55 protection for cables, motors panels incl separate canopy for motors alongwith all accessories/equipments duly epoxy painted complete all as specified and as directed. The span length ,cross travel length & hook height mentioned is tentetive exact span length, cross travel length & hook height shall be measured at site before fabrication. EOT crane shall be provided with the following specifications and capable for electrically controlled movements: (i) Capacity of Crane : 5 Ton double box girder (ii) Clear span : 45 m (approx) (iii) Bay length : 60 m (approx) (iv) Hook height : 9.5 m (approx) NOTE: 1 (a) The crane is to be operated in indoor with adequate IP protective covering over the electrical and mechanical components shall be provided. (b) The crane shall be provided with additional storm brakes for anchoring it to cater to storm conditions (c) Automatic electrohydraulic or electromagnetic brakes shall be provided if the service brakes are not electromechanical type.

DG SET: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Static Silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 250KVA at prime mover rating at 85 load factor as per clause 12.3 of ISO 8528 (Part-1), water cooled, 415Volts (AC), 3Phase 4 wire system of supply, 50Hz at power factor 8 minimum. The DG set consists of diesel engine coupled to matching alternator through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet return oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Mangalore, Karnataka (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5m all around for ease of movement 0.5m height), anti-vibrating pads, testing including all features to comply as per IS: 10001/1000/2 and alternator as per IS: 133364, CPCB-IV approval. (i) Engine (primer mover): Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke confirming to ISO 3046/ BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP (not less than 53 BHP) to drive alternator capable of delivering 250KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Mangalore, Karnataka . (taking all derating factor in consideration) including battery 12V/ 24V (as per manufacturer recommendation) electric battery start complete with dynamically balanced fly wheel all standard fittings, fixtures as per manufacturers and including governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) tank and first fill lub oil & other consumables etc. (ii) Alternator: Brushless AC Alternator, 3 Phase, 415 V, 4 wire rated for output of 250 KVA, minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 rpm, IP23 protection class enclosures, insulation class, “H”, salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

(vi) Foundation/ Plinth/ Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 m. (vii) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hrs operation of Gen set. (viii) Misc. tool kit, operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manual, guarantee card etc. shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (ix) The DG set shall be taken over only after it has been tested by the contractor in the presence of an officer nominated by accepting officers as per relevant IS specification/ instruction. (x) All the expense incurred on the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. If the result of test is not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at his own expense shall do the rectification of problem.

DISPERSAL AREA: Laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a two layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Supply only non circular synthetic fibre (to be mixed in PQC as per design mix). Make: Recron 3s or Equivalent in other approved makes
