Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade including necessary scaffolding: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) MAKE: asian (Apex)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including necessary scaffolding: One or more coats on old work MAKE: asian - apcolite gloss enamel OR Nerolac – synthetic enamel OR Dulux - Gloss enamel

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 M sand)

Providing and applying one or more coats of water proof paint on roof over the self priming coat of same material as per the manufacturing specifications after necessary surface preparation complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. MAKE: asian - damp proof
