Removing white or colour wash by scrapping sand papering and preparing surface smooth i/c necessary repair to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved quality (two or more coats) of required shade on new work i/c priming coat of whiting to give an even shade.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved quality on wall surface.

Finishing walls with water-proofing cement paint of approved quality on new works (two or more coats) to given an even shade.

Painting (one or more coats) with Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality in all shades except black or chocolate on old work to give an even shade.

Varnishing (one or more coats) with superior copal varnish of approved quality i/c sizing on old work.

Oiling (one or more coats) with raw linseed oil on old.

Dismantling ballies in post, purlins or rafters including stacking the materials within 50m lead.

Providing wood work in trusses, purlin, rafter, post, post plate wall plate & the like wrought framed hoisted & fixed in position. 7.51.3) Uchan /Tairen / Tolhao / Khangra.

Providing and fixing 20mm Plank as Eave Board with :-7.103.1 Uningthou Wood.

Repairing to plaster i/c cutting & the patch in proper shape & preparing the surface of the wall complete. 12.1.1) with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Dismantling sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead.

Trapezoidal Pre-painted Profile sheet roofing of approved brand DYNA roof or equivalent with selt drilling screws of 68 mm long Xylon coated screws with PVC washer & caps complete excluding the coat of purlins & trusses. iii) Profile sheet 0.50 mm/4.2 kgs/sqm.

Trapezoidal Pre-painted Profile Sheet for Ridges Gutter or Valley 610 mm wide of approved brand DYNA Roof or equivalent fixed with selt drilling screws of 68 mm long Xylon coated screws with PVC washer & caps completed, excluding the coat of purlins rafter & trusses. Pre painted Galvanized Iron sheet (PPGL) iii) Profile sheet 0.50 mm/4.2 kgs/sqm.

Providing and Fixing UPVC soil, waste, rain water and vent pipes including all requisite fittings, jointing of pipes & fittings with solvent cement, trenching, fitting & testing of joints complete as per Engineer-in charge. 24.88.2) 110 mm dia.

Dismantling cement asbestos celotex/hard board in ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead (frame work such as joists beams to be measured and paid separately).

First class Tolhao wood plank ceiling with 20 mm thick planks & Tolhao wood beading 62 mm x 12 mm (frame work for base to be paid separately)

Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials with 50 m lead. 13.6.1) Unreinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

25 mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20 mm & down gauge) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing materials in cement concrete work in the proportion recommended by manufactures

Applying ready mixed priming coat (Red Lead primer of approved quality) on steel work.

Painting (one or more coats) on C.G.I. sheets with white, grey or green paint for iron sheets of approved quality on old work to give an even shade.

Aluminium glazed windows and ventilators of standard aluminium extrusion section joints mitred and revited/screwed with 15x3mm lugs10 cm long with steel plugs embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand :6 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)or wooden plugs and screws of rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of glass panes 4mm thick, projecting hinge, handles, peg stays, bolting device, locking arrangements, spring catch& aluminium clip beading etc as required complete. (10.70.2) Readymade aluminium windows (side hung).
