Carriage By Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking Earth upto 3 km

Supplying and filling in plinth with coarse aggregate 40 mm under floors, including ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Hiring charges for heavy machinery like Excavator of adequate capacity (Hitachi EX - 70 or equivalent) including fuel charges, operator charges, loading, transportation & unloading charges to the worksite all complete as per the directions of EIC.

Preparation and submission of detailed working architectural drawings, structural design and detailed structural drawings for Retaining wall including soil investigation as per relevent BIS codes. The contractor shall get approved the structural consultant from AAI before proceeding with the consultancy. The consultant must have rendered similar structural consultancy works directly to Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSU / Reputed firms. The structural drawings and designs as submitted by the consultant shall be got vetted / approved by any of the IITs/NITs/ Govt Engg. college and the fee for the same shall be borne by the contractor/consultant. The consultant & Contractor shall coordinate the time schedule to be taken by IIT/NIT so as to ensure adherence of overall time of submission by the Consultant & Contractor as specified. No additional time period or any cost shall be allowed to the contractor for designing, preparation of drawings,vetting of design and drawings from IIT/NIT etc. The consultant shall be fully responsible for adequacy, accuracy and quality of the structural design, safety of the structure. The contractor has to submit atleast Six Sets of 'Good for construction' drawings or revisions thereof.
