Superstructure:- Supply & construction of Hybrid Pre-Engineered OJLs Building (Offr JCOs Living Shelter) of size 12.00 M X 7.60 MX 4.75 M ht) with Living Room, Seating Room, Kitchen, Dressing Room and attached toilet cum Bathroom.as shown in the as shown in the drawings and Tech Specification. Offr JCOs Living Shelter will be made of Light Gauge Steel Frame Structure (LGSF) Technology with precast/Cast in situ RCC foundation . Detailed Tech specification are att as per Annx-I & Drawings are att as Annx -II.

Water Storage tank triple layer 1000 Ltrs confirming to IS 12701-1996 (Make : Sintex /Ultrapure Aqua /Polywell)

Fabrication from Structural steel section for staging of water storage tank made of capacity 500/1000 ltrs made out of MS angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm thick with height of 4.0 mtr above ground level and 0.6 mtr below ground level embeded in PCC 1:2:4 of 20mm graded agg below the ground level. The inner bracing of staging should be fixed with 40 X 40 x 5mm MS angle iron fixed with suitable size MS plate of 3mm thick and at top of the staging 1.2m x 1.2m x 3mm for placing the PVC tank and anchored with MS angle iron frame of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick with ht of 0.80 mtr from the bottom of Base plate of tank incl ladder complete with two coats of metal painting over one coat of primer (Make of angle iron : TATA/SAIL/JSW)
