It has been decided to provide these delegates coming from various disciplines and from different parts of the region, a souvenir with local flavour which they could carry along with them and cherish. Varieties of Cashew packets will be given after gift wrapping in a Jute bag to each delegate. Detailed specifications for the above items is mentioned in Scope of Job and special Terms & Conditions document – Annexure-I.
