Note : This item shall be fixed with water cooler catered in schedule 'A' Part IX

Make Havells CAT No ES-50, 5 star (energy saving fan) or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

Supply only exhaust fans of 300/308 mm sweep, heavy duty, four blade, double ball bearing ,1400 RPM, minimum suitable for SP, 230 / 250V, 50 Hz, AC supply with louver shutters complete. Make Havells Model No : TURBOFORCE or equivalent model of make mentioned in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

Supply only LED lamp 05 watt to fix with lamp holder catered in Schedule `A’ Part-III.

Supply,fixing and connecting wall mounted LED light fitting 20 Watt LED 4000K (1144 mm) extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficeint heat dissipation intergrated electronic driver , with accessories etc including necessary electric connection complete. Note :- Fitting shall be as per cat Part No : LHEWEBP6IN1WO20 of Make Havells or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications. Light fitting of other make of higher capacity may be used without any price adjustment.

Supply,fixing and connecting LED security light fitting 15 Watt ,pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass,IP-66 protection, better optics for uniform distribution complete and connecting the fitting electrically to the system using 3 run of single core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable complete with one metre long bracket made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade made to shape and fixed to Bldg structure with FI clamps 40x6mm(02Nos) nut, bolts etc grouting with cement concrete complete. Note :- Fitting shall be all as per Cat Part No LHEWEBP7PL6S015 of Havells or equivalent model of make specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specification. Light fitting of other make of higher capacity may be used without any price adjustment.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Refrigerator electric driven, single phase capacity 310 ltrs frost free double door complete with connction. Note :- Make: Lg Model No GL-M322RPZL, Shiny Steel or equivalent model of make as specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.
