Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soil (excluding soil containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30cm size, saturated soil and rock), lift upto 1.50m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required, into plinth sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

Re-filling excavated earth in foundations and plinth etc. in 15cm layer including ramming and watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying in foundations and plinth cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in the proportion recommended by manufacturers.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mashphalte 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg. per sqm. on damp proof course after cleaing the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings shelves and their supports, balconies and chajjas (3.5m height)

Providing and fixing Durashine zinc-Aluminium alloy coated (TATA Bluescope building product) sheet roofing fixed with necessary fasteners and lapping method as described by the manufacturer inclusive of cutting hoisting and fixing complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc complete (welding to be paid separately).

12 mm thick cement plaster 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on walls.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

Wall painting (two or coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed genuine red lead paint of approved brand and manufacture on steel work.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in black or chocolate shade on new work over and including an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved quality to give an even shade.
