   [A] Bulk order will be placed on those suppliers who have satisfactory past performance for the same or similar items with S.E.Rly or other zonal Rlys including Rly Production Units as per clause 2.6.1 of Instruction to Tenderers & GCC attached with the tender. Bidders are to read it carefully before bidding. [B] Other sources shall be considered for developmental order, provided they submit documentary proof in support of their credentials/ satisfactory performance as per clause 2.6.2 of Instruction to Tenderers & GCC. [C]Tenderers who have supplied the item in the past through ACASH or any other Handloom agencies like THE WEST BENGAL STATE HANDLOOM WEAVERS CO- OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD-KOLKATA, THE WEST BENGAL STATE HANDICRAFTS CO OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED-KOLKATA, The All India Handloom Fabrics Marketing Co-operative Society Ltd./Delhi, The A.P Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Ltd./ Hyderabad, The Bihar state Handloom and handicrafts Corporation Ltd./ Patna, The Gujarat State handloom Development corporation/Gandhinagar etc. will also be considered if above conditions are fulfilled. ( D ) A certificate regarding eligibility for getting Handloom Mark by Textile Committee may be enclosed with the offer for evaluation purpose, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected.

   Authorized dealers/Agents of OEM must quote with tender specific Authorization Letter from their principal/OEM , failing which the offer shall be Summarily rejected .

   [i] Have you attached the past performance credentials with your offer? [ii] Have you mentioned the complete address of the work premises of the Manufacturer where inspection (by TPI agency) will be carried out before dispatch of the material? The inspected material should be dispatched directly to the Consignee from the Manufacturer's premises.

Commercial-Compliance

   The evaluation of total unit rate (TUR) for the purpose of inter-se position will be on Total Unit Rate for deliveries up to destination.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
