Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work blasting work in soft or hard rook or by cum chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prchibited in all leads and lif-ts including trimming and dewatering where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as direction within a lead of 20 mtrs. pick jumper work 50% each as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and cement in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landing and the like floor etc.upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work cement and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand: 4 water borne aggregate 20mm nominal size & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing shelve and their supports balconies beams, girders bressumers and centilevers upto floor two level. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Placing of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Labour rate)

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of medium grade complete including providing and fixing tube fitting such as union, tees, socket etc (excluding cost of bends and valves) for the following dia as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone agg.20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and cement in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying and jointing & testing of G.I pipe for outlets pipe scour pipe and over flow pipes etc. in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast concrete block masonry in partitions walls 10cm. Thick with solid blocks of approved size i/c quion block closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg. 40mm nominal & down gauged ) in CM 1:3 (1cement:3sand) within all leads and lifts, as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in horizental layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer (fine sand) 0.02mm to 0.04mm and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00.

2nd layer coursed sand 3mm to 6mm

3rd layer Bajri 6mm to 20mm

4th layer Bajri 20mm to 25mm

Bottom layer Bajri (Broken stone) 50mm to 75mm.

Excavation in drain and channel etc. in earth work including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of all excavated earth work upto a lead of 20 mtrs and lift upto 1.5 mtrs and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly derssed in pick and jumper work 50 % each.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of medium grade with butt welding in three layers ,flanged in random length of 5-7 mtr including special such as bends,tees ( Earth work in trenches and to be measured paid for separately) for the following dia as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and welding M.S. flange following table at suitable point, conforming to IS 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end GI pipe in requsite number of layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof The welding of flanges should conform to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satifaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.
