Labour required for trimming/cutting of tree branches/long bushes/bamboes (of any girth) touching/obstructing the over head LT/HT lines at places so as to keep minimum 2.0 mtr clearance all around the lines and disposal thereof to not exceeding 100 mtr distance after taking proper electric shut down from conerned staff.

Labour required for re-stretching/restringing of existing loose/sagged /broken ACSR over head conductor of any type and size including supply and binding wire/aluminium tape of required size, opening from insulators as fixed on pole after taking proper electric shut down from concerned staff including taking down unserviceable conductor from OH HT/LT line and proper binding with additional conductor and restringing on line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (complete one span from pole to pole will be measured as RM)

M&L Painting of pole LT (up to 9 mtr long) after cleaning the complete body surface of pole by rubbing with emery paper to remove old paint,dust by brush including Cross arm , Channel ,Nut & Bolt etc and applying One coat of aluminium paint Black colour for 1 Mtr from bottom including writing pole No complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR), weasel/mink/squirrel for connecting/stringing on overhead lines of distribution main complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT pole cross arms, bracing supports, clamps from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size complete as directed including preparation of surface and painting two coats of aluminium paint over of coat of red oxide primer.

Material and labour for replacement of pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator of size 65mm (dia) x 100 mm (height) suitable for 1100 volts with GI spindle, nut, bolts & washers complete including taking down unserviceable/cracked insulator all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of shackle type insulator porcelain type white/brown colour of 75mm(height)/9mm (dia) with GI strip and spindle, nut & bolt complete suitable for 1100 volts grade including taking down unserviceable insulator all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No 01 and including loop type insulator white, brown or green with over all dimension 65mm x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified including earth work, stay foundation complete with PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in 20mm stay rod including galvanised stay strand size 7/4mm wire stay clamp all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated aerial bunched cable 3 Core x 50 Sqmm + 1 Core x 35 Sqmm with guard wire with connecting fixing accessories like hook, end joint, thimbling, tapping connetion, insulation piercing connectors all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of LT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated aerial bunched cable 3 Core x 70 Sqmm + 1 Core x 50 Sqmm with guard wire with connecting fixing accessories like hook, end joint, thimbling, tapping connetion, insulation piercing connectors all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of LT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated aerial bunched cable 3 Core x 95 Sqmm + 1 Core x 70 Sqmm with guard wire with connecting fixing accessories like hook, end joint, thimbling, tapping connetion, insulation piercing connectors all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of LT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated aerial bunched cable 3 Core x 120 Sqmm + 1 Core x 70 Sqmm with guard wire with connecting fixing accessories like hook, end joint, thimbling, tapping connetion, insulation piercing connectors all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate final tapper plug, bolts, nuts and squed as specified type 410SP-31(9 mtr long conforming to IS 2713) including painting of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr. Below ground level connecting to GI Strip 25X4 mm dia size by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25 x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wiremesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection all as specified and testing on completion.

M&L for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in copping/collar of poles and foundation of stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles.
