Taking down cement of cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, static water tanks etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note ; water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed

S&F chicken wire mesh to providing under plastered surfaces after removing of existing damged plaster surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement ) etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls,pillars,chajjas etc., applying one coat of wall putty and two coats of all weather exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepration of new plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on Ceiling

Preparation of new concreted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening.

Applying a coat of Apex paint over and after preparation of old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc all as specified as directed.

M&L for repairing/adjustment of door closer hydraucally regulated/Floor spring of any type as directed.

Fixing in repairs to steel rolling shutters of any size without ball bearing as specified incl top cover anchoring rod hasp and stapple and making in serviceable condition after repair with minor welding works, greasing, making functional and refixing in same opening and making good in CM 1:3 to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface of brick or concrete surface and applying one coat of Apext in camoulage pattern as approved by the station authority and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 of approved pattern having percentage of colours 69%, 22%,9% at a height nexc 25 mtr as per sample/pattern approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting old steel/iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with one coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The contractor make suitable arrangement to shift the concertina coil/barbed wire to carryout work & fixing in the same postion after painting. the rates are deemed to be included.

Material and labour Coloured joint free Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx250mmx7 mm / 450/350/7mm thick thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles compete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for joint free light shade vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square /rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Material and labour for joint free light shade vitrified Tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) on vertical surfaces as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:6) ,15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, including finishing the surfaces even and fair to receive the wall tiles etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for PCC, 1:2:4 type B1, (20 mm graded aggregate) as in repair of chajjas, suspended slab etc, including demolition with wooden hammer and necessary formwork complete all as specified as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment including pad concrete,cement plaster and deteriorated membranes.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and slurry 1:3

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc

M & L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded agg) 25mm thick as in roof as in pad concrete or leveling course.

M&l for providing cement concrete type BO (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for providing slope , roof kerbs or mud stops & SWT coping rounded or chamfered edges all as directed by engr-in charge

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green, as per manufacturere instructions complete all as specified. (Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under item No-3).

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with forced application over roof surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen conforming to IS-3384-1965 of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm at bottom of the membrane as bonding material, and a coat of bituminous aluminium primer on top complete all as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foriegn materials by jet or dry air and clean the surface by grinding to make it smooth before application and repairing all cracks by cutting V grooves amd fill with PMC (polymer modified cement) mortar prepared in the ratio of "Shalicrete or equalent : cement : sand (1:2:5) and providing 50mmx 50mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above, providing and appying water proofing treatment to SWT flloor and walls using water based water based UV resistant elastomeric modified PU liquid membrane "Shaliurathane (R) BTD of STP make or equalent make over prime coat, shali prime WP WB or equalent having anti root property of STP or equalent make all as specified and directed. Note : Shaliurethane(R) BTD or equalent is an elastomeric seamless water proof membrane applied in two coats to a DFT of 1.5mm thick having an elogation capacity over 500% which confirms to ASTM C 836 and ASTM D 6083

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames)

Taking down chowkats & shutters without taking off shutters from the frame, size of opening exc. 1.50 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shuttter of any description exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing .

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stile), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg.

Supply and fixing IInd class hard wood (Hollock) 35mm thick plain framed, factory made panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces.
