Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20m in (90% pick work & 10% jumper work)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.- All work up to plinth level.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.- All work up to plinth level.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete in all lead and lift as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Fixing of fencing panel of size 1.80x1.20 of jali 25x25mm mesh welded to M.S. black tube 32mm dia of 14 gauge with M.S. flat cover 20x3mm, M.S. hold fast 4 Nos. (min.) made out of M.S. flat 32x5mm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Labour Rate)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zink chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications: Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

White washing with lime to give an even shade for new work (three or more coats) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in builtup section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide paint in grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works in trusses and trussed purlins in buildings as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
