GSB Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.

Laying C.C road slab 15cm (5" thick consisting of 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand & approved gauge stone git, over prepared sub grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber and including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion finished to required templete as directed by E/I. but excluding cost of metal requred for reflection of the sub grade. Take a slab length of 33 rft. and 5" in depth Ch-20 SI 773(a)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.1. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
