Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish. (CSR 16.65)

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats on old distempered work when shade is change. (CSR 16.12)

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. (CSR 16.19)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.43litre/10 Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm (CSR 16.60)

Repairs to plaster in patches of Area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 Metres lead. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) Taking area 2.5 sqm. (CSR 31.1(a))

Painting two or more coats with aluminum paint to give an even shade excluding priming coat. (CSR 16.25)

Dismantling asbestos cement cellotax or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including supporting timber. (CSR 8.36)

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-InCharge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) (CSR 17.45)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC Plug/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item) (CSR 17.47 (ii))

(ii) Float glass panes of 4mm thickness

Structural steel work in angles, tees, flats, riveted, including cutting, fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets etc. with hoisting and erecting in position. (CSR 18.3 (a)) (a) For roof truss, well curbs, plate girders etc. of any span for building for bridges upto 15M span.

Providing and laying Anti-skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete white cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.
