Repair and Rectification work in OHT in Mirzapur NPP Reorganization water supply scheme Phase 2 under AMRUT by Ms GDCL New Delhi at the Risk and Cost of Ms GDCL New Delhi in Mirzapur nagar palika parishad

Supply of all material labour, T&P etc. complete for fixing of Railing in three Rows One side with 20mm pipe (Class -medium), necessary angle Iron posts 50*50*6mm in stair case, balcony and top dome including welding of angle with grouted MS plate, bending and fixing of GI pipe including supply of U-clamp & nut bolts as per specification and insruction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supply of all material labour, T&P etc. complete for installation of lightening conductor as per I.S.S. 2309 its latest amedments of latest electricity rules. It should consist proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points proper down conductors of prescribe metal of proper size prescibed by ISS 2309-1969 including earthing pit as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supply of all material labour, T&P etc. complete for installation of Water vlevel indicator fabricoted with good quality minimum 45mm x 45 mm x 6mm MS angle and 3mm thick 6mm flat MS sheet. the indicator board scale made of 3mm thick MS plate shouled have a clear width of minimum 25cm painted with good Asian Paint. it should alsho consists of 3mm brass wire rope minimum 4 smooth pulleys about 8cm dia with guides,15cm dia copper ball float which shall be completely water tight suitable pointer of brass etc. as per direction of engineer- in- charge.

Supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.complete for silt expulsion and cleaning inner surface of overhead tank disinfection and dewatering of waste water and disposal of silt and other wastage materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofing material apply two coat of epoxi paint including joint treatment like sealing cracks and pipe penetrations and final inspection to ensure proper adhesion of water proofing material with proper water tightness including supply of all labour, leaning and surface preparatio0n to remove loose particles as per direction og engineer-in-charge. (Above 600KL OHT)

Supply and installation of MS Gate Made wit 50x50x6mm angle and gauge 18 wired net 25x25mm on second flight staire case of OHT as per type Desing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of structural steel member (ISA 50x50x6mm ) & GI Pipes railing including surface preparation by cleaning and wire brushing, application of one coat of steel primer and one coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, complete in all respects. the rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials labour, tools, tackles, consumables (like thinner, brushes, cleaning cloth) and all other incidental charges to complete the workas per standard specifications ( for both side of Handrails) as per direction Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying pressure grauting in overhead water tank to seat crack, voids, honeycombing or seepagrr-prone areas using cementitious grout the work shall include drilling of necessary holes, fixing of pvc nipples/nozzles, preparinga non-shrink cement grout mix with approved additives,and engineering it it using a mechanical grout pump at required pressure ( as per site condition and engineer direction),After injection all nozzles shall be sealed properly surface shall he cleaned and the area shall be cured adequately. the rate shall include all materials, labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding (if Required) and complete as per direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Clamping of vertical inlet/outlet/washout/overflow pipes with columns of over head tank for erection with MS clamp. (MS Clamp = Brace)

SS (Grade 316) Mesh around the ventilator including, supply, carting, & intallation with frame as per direction of Engineer in charge.
