PROVISION OF COVERED HARD STANDING NEAR BLDG. P-35 AND ADDITION/ ALTERATION AND SPECIAL REPAIRS TO STATIC WATER TANK AT INS HAMLA UNDER GE (NW) BHANDUP

Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials outside MD and including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in (1:4) CM on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and cleaning new RCC of inside surfaces of wall, bottom of Dome of Over Head or UG Sump Reservoir Tank by brush and treating surfaces with the methodology as under:- (a) Seal sanitary pipes entering through the walls and floor with Dr. Fixit Bathseal Tape (or equivalent as approved by GE) and grout the gaps with Dr.Fixit Bathseal grout - a non shrink cementitious grout (or equivalent as approved by the GE). (b) Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Fastflex (or equivalent as approved by GE) maintaining the saturated surfaces in dry condition. (c) Embed a glass fibre mesh measuring 50 gsm over and including the angle fillets as a reinforcing strip and allow it to soak completely. (d) Immediately apply the second coat of Dr. Fixit Fastflex (or equivalent as approved by GE) to sandwich this glass fibre mesh between these two coatings. (e) Apply the third coat of Dr. Fixit Fastflex (or equivalent as approved by GE) and sprinkle coarse sand while it is still wet. (f) Subsequent to above, apply first brush coat of Dr. Fixit Dampguard (or equivalent as approved by GE). Allow drying for 6 to 7 hours then apply second brush coat of Dr, Fixit Dampguard (or equivalent as approved by GE). Allow it to sure completely set in position for 24 hours before using.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in (1:6) CM on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oi emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer using roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer using roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in (1:4) cm (in two coats (15+5mm) with both coats mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement c‹;mplete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured separately).

M&L for for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projections and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade over a coat of primer and indluding necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projections and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade over a coat of primer and including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finishing even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution (4 % conceneration) @ 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate (4 % conceneration) diluted with 1 ltr of water. All roots/ plants shall be removed completely and making good the distrubed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as directed by EIC.

Demolition of brick work built in CM incl. taking out roots vegetation if any at any position and removal to out side MD land. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) for MH complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Demolition of existing roof terracing of cement/brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position on top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with brush/mechanical brush and with water throughly to remove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose bare concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish/demolished material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Demolition should be done by chiselling.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kgs of cement per Sqm. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on roof finished even and smooth using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. Complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges etc mixed witii approved water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instructions on the roof surface to achieve requisite slope all as specified and directed. (Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).

Supply only polymer based liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 4 mm thick APP modified membrane in repairs including removing old treatment over (lnaccessible) RCC roof with the following specifiations :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 lit/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/Lit at 25 Degree Centigrade on the prepared dry roof surface. (c) Providing and Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non wooven polyester matt with physical propertities as under:- (i) Membrane weight >3.6 Kg/Sqm . (ii) Net wooven polyester weight >160 gm/Sqm (iii) Softening point of membrane > 150ºC (iv) Joint Tensile strength Longitudiual > 650 Sq Cm at 230ºC & Transverse > 450/ Sq cm (v) Tear strength - Longitudual > 300 N & Transverse > 250 N Direction. (vi) Elongation > 30 % (vii) lmpermeability under water pressure > 3 Kg/Sq cm. Note:- APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane. (d) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kq/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

Removing loose concrete carefully by low impact hammer bracker or manually by chisel and hammer mechanisam including necessary scaffolding and removal of debris out of MD land. Complete all as specified and directed. REHABILITATION WORK ITEMS 22 TO 28. Note:- 1. Rehabilitation works is to be carried out by the authorised rep / applicator of the manufacturer and will render certificate at the stages to the effect that work / methodology has been executed / adoped as per the prescribed norms. 2. The rate for rehabilitation works Includes necessary scaffolding, form work, steel props, and safety works like barricade, safety net, dust net etc as per site requirement.

M&L for applying rust remover on existing reinforcement and before application of protective coating the surface should be wire brush and throughly cleaned for dust complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mode of measurement shall be for the superficial area of concrete scaled only. Make: Foevert of Krishna Conchem or equivalent.

M&L for applying of anti Corrosive primer for exposive steel reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Make:- IP Net RB of Krishna Conchem or equivalent.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster or micro concreting conforming ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bonding between old concrete and new concrete. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar upto 20mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Molith PMM of Krishna conchem or equivalent. Note:- Mode of measurement: Superficial area of concrete will be measured.

Krishna Conchem (Molith MC) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE at any level and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm, graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick laying in floor/ paving and spike rolling-to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green and using require form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling any description and thickness including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for PCC 30mm thick type B0, 1 : 2 : 4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in sub flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic jointless coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including provision of bedding layer 10mm thick in CM 1 : 3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over in floors over incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over including finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2 , 1 : 4 : 8 (using 40 mm, graded stone aggregate ) 75 mm thick laying in floor/ paving complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment with glossy finish and including removing the existing paver blocks complete all as specifiecl and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced concrete in chajjas wall retaining wall and similar suspended, slab facia drop wall etc work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work for soffit and sides of chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick lath, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, locks mild steel with 4 levers, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle.

M&L Two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of alumimium red oxide primer to new steel surface including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 1,25,385.80 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2: The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts.
