Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ disintegrated rock soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick (glosy finish) factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/ shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 200mm bore, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, conform to IS 458-2003, laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:2 with and including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes shall be 15cm. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm.
