REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF DG SET, FLOOD LIGHTS, HIGH MAST LIGHT, PERIMETER LIGHTS AND POLES WITH LED LIGHT FITTINGS AND PERIMETER LIGHT CABLES AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN AMRITSAR

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular pole with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5m above ground level (in white and black strips of 30cm each) and 2 coats of aluminum paint above 1.5 mtr height including cross arms, bracing ,clamps GI pipe fittings etc as per site after preparation of surface including writing pole Nos, feeder Type with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light junction box insulated and made out of environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free,polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size in mm should be not less then 205 X 255 X 112. The box shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66/67 including busbar,MCB and all fixing material as required all as specified and directed. Make: cat. Part no KF2525 of Hensel or equivalent in Siemens/GE Power/Rittal.

Supply and laying fixing 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) Aluminium conductor, twin core, PVC insulated unsheathed cable, drawn in steel/PCC pole for connection to street light fitting and making incl PVC Pipe of suitable size connections, complete all as specified and directed.
