Control Room Interior

Supply of Printed Metal Paneling:- The Panelling shall have the same specifications as that of Modular Rigid PVC Metal Panelling. However, in addition to it the surface tile shall be digitally printed. Graphics shall be approved by the Customer.UV digital printing on modular metal Panelling.

1. The Panneling surface tile shall be digitally printed. Graphics shall be approved by the consumer. 2. UV digital printing on modular metal panel. 3.Structure shall be made from heavy duty powder coated modular steel frame (minimum sheet thickness 1 mm to 1.6mm) and shall allow uninturrepted flow of wires/ cable/ tubes of maximum dia 25mm. 4. Structure shall be securely grouted from wall, roof and floor. It shall be made up of 1 mm to 1.6 mm thick vertical slotted rolled C sections ( Upright) and horizontal rolled 'C' connectors. Grid of desired dimension shall be formed by Vertical and horizintal sections having 50mm pitch.

Supply of Acoustic Metal Partition:- Partition with factory made removable type self inter lockable metal panels of Preformed textured RIGID PVC coated GI sheet panels. The metal panels fixed on structure made of 1.6 mm thick MS channels bent over automatic punching to fix metal panel and bending CNC. and their properties shall be as follows :-

1) Resistance to extremes of weather exposure and temperature. 2) Very low coefficient of expansion. 3) Can be cleaned using detergents. 4) Copy of Test certification for ASTM E84 (from UL/Intertek) for the surface burning characteristics of wall Panelling tiles to be submitted along with supply of material. This is mandatory requirement from Fire safety point of view. 5) Wall Panelling shall be Seismic Zone 5 Tested & certified from approved government agency, relevant certificate to be submitted along with the supply of material 6) The Wall Paneling system must be RoHS (Intertek/UL) certified, valid certificate to be submitted along with supply of material 7) Minimum 40% of the tiles shall have at least 10,000 micro-perforations per square meter to achieve NRC of 0.6 Sound Absorption Coefficient by diffuse field method; IS: 8225-1987 “Measurement of Sound Absorption Coefficient in Reverberation Room” (Equivalent to ISO: 354- 1985 and ASTM 423-90). Test report from reputed agency must be submitted along with the supply of material

This is mandatory requirement from Fire safety point of view. 5) The wall panelling/ partition system must be RoHS certified (from UL/Intertek) to ensure restriction of hazardous substance in any of the materials. 6) Minimum 40% of the tiles shall have at least 10,000 micro-perforations per square meter to achieve NRC of 0.6 Sound Absorption Coefficient by diffuse field method; IS: 8225-1987 “Measurement of Sound Absorption Coefficient in Reverberation Room” (Equivalent to ISO: 354- 1985 and ASTM 423-90). 7) Wall Panelling shall be Seismic Zone 5 Tested & certified from approved government agency. 8) UL Certificate on Load bearing capacity of paneling - Paneling structure shall have load carrying capacity of 300 Kg to hold any display unit on clamp having minimum length of 750mm.

Supply and Installation of Metal panel made straight rafters :-

Metal rafter made out of 75 X 50mm MS C sections covered by factory made metal panels of Preformed textured PVC coated GI sheet panels. Copy of Test certification for ASTM E84 (from UL/Intertek) for the surface burning characteristics of wall Panelling tiles must be submitted along with supply of material. This is mandatory requirement from Fire safety point of view.

Supply integrated Cladding and Ceiling made up of combination of Alumina Tri-Hydrate and acrylic polymer. The design shall have Integrated illumination channel.

The material of the paneling and ceiling surface shall be non porus, fire-retardant, Water Proof, Scratch resistance and shall have high hardness. All the fasteners should be hidden and nuts/bolts shall not be visible on the exposed surface. The top finish of material shall be Greenguard Certified and it shall be homogeneous throughout the depth. Supporting Structure shall be made from heavy duty powder coated modular steel frame. Structure shall be securely grouted from wall, roof and floor. It shall be made up of heavy duty sections of Mild Steel. Tiles shall be easily replaceable to access above ceiling services. The ceiling shall inculde ASTM E 84 class A certified with 100m wide and 127 running meter in lenght. 1. The Paneling and Ceiling shall be material made of Alumina Tri-Hydrate and Acrylic Resins. The surface shall be non porus, fire-retardant, Water Proof, Scratch resistant and shall have high hardness. All the fasteners shall be hidden and nuts/bolts shall not be visible on the exposed surface. The top finish of material shall be Greenguard Certified and shall be homogeneous throughout the depth. 2. Stretch Ceiling: The ceiling shall be supplied with demountable translucent stretch ceiling membrane with harpoon, corners ready to install. It should not get discoloured & sag. All joints shall be provided with appropriate interface trims to be able to demount the ceiling to access the lights. The ceiling must be installed using ceiling aluminium suspension system, complete as per manufacturer’s installation guidelines and as per approved shop drawings in line with the design intent and approval by Architect/Engineer In-charge approval. LED strips shall be installed using custom aluminium extrusions to ensure longevity of the installation. The ceiling shall have following features and properties: - 2.1 Simple and maintenance friendly: Installed in a few hours and finished product shall not require any taping, spackling, or painting, and shall be easily cleanable. 2.2 Durable: The systems shall resist shocks and shall not crack with movement or under stretch conditions. 2.3 Safe: The membranes and profiles shall have passed the stringent fire and safety tests. 2.4 The membrane must have been classified as non-toxic upon burning. The Flexible membrane must be ASTM E 84 class A certified, necessary test report to be submitted along with supply of material. 2.5 Green: Membranes must be 100% recyclable. 2.6 There should not be any welding defect on Membranes for years to come on the perimeter edging or in the seams 3. Supply of Straight Glass Partition Material (12 mm thick toughened glass)

made of clear toughened glass, structural support system for top and bottom including holding system from RCC slab above false ceiling, including runner hung anchor fastener to fix it. Rubber interlinear & gaskets to fix bottom into SS "U" channel in floor. silicon sealant to filled gap.

Specifications : Toughened glass is formed by heating glass to the softening point in a horizontal tempering stove, and then quickly cooling it. Properties: 1) Safety (Toughened): when broken, it spits into tiny harmless pieces 2) Strong intensity: heat-strengthened glass is approximately twice as strong as annealed glass of the same thickness, and Toughened glass is about 4 times 3) Outstanding performance in resisting thermal stress and wind-load 4) Toughened glass cannot be cut, drill hole and other further processed.

Supply and Installation of Designer Acoustic Metal False ceiling with linear planks :-

100% Modular factory made Powder coated Dual layer snap-fit ceiling with combination of acrylic panels for installation of linear lights, designed to enhance visual feel and provision for easy installation and maintenance of integrated lighting. The perforated (140-150 mm Wide) and non-perforated (275-300mm Wide) ceiling panels of various lengths (as per the site requirement) shall be alternatively connected to form designer ceiling. Machine profiled section 125-175mm wide and 60-80mm deep having provision for fixing acrylic sheet shall run across the length at the room. Tiles shall be processed on high precision CNC & laser Machines to achieve perfect accuracy. Structure shall be made from heavy duty modular steel frame (minimum sheet thickness 0.8mm) with combination of Master section and series of main runners spaced at 1200 mm (center to center) securely fixed to the slab by the means of anchor fastener & 8 mm GI rod (max length 1200mm) fully threaded with Hex nut for precise level adjustment. Light fitting can be defined as per the LUX requirement. It shall have Laser cut circular hole for light fixing as per defined lux requirement and approved layout. Non-perforated tile slots to be punched to accommodate AC grills. 1) Metal ceiling shall be Seismic Zone 5 Tested & certified from approved government agency. Certificate need to be enclosed along supply of material. 2) ASTM E84 certificate (From UL/intertek) for Ceiling tiles to ensure that the material does not provoke fire and does not generate smoke. Certificate need to be enclosed along with the bid. 3) The Ceiling must be RoHS certified (from UL/Intertek) to ensure restriction of hazardous substance in any of the materials.Certificate need to be enclosed along with the bid. 4) The Ceiling shall have CE/UL Certified Integrated inbuilt channel for quick installation & replaceability of continuous linear light and shall permit quick and easy replacement of cove light without using any tools. Replacement to be carried out within 120 Seconds per meter.Certificate need to be enclosed along with the bid.

Supply of Grid type 700mm X 620mm Snap fit Ceiling :-

Modular perforated metal false ceiling with snap fit panels and acoustical fleece. The dimension shall be 700mm X 620mm. with durable regular edging and having following properties:- i) NRC (Noise Reduction Co-efficient) ii) Light reflectance. iii) Fire performance. iv) Humidity Resistance. v) Hot dipped galvanized steel. vi) Baked Polyester Paint surface viii) ASTM E84 certificate (From UL/intertek) for Ceiling tiles to ensure that the material does not provoke fire and does not generate smoke. Minimum size of copper conductor shall be 1.5 sq. mm for lighting and 2.5 sqmm for power. color of wires shall be Red/Yellow/Blue (or as per Local Standards) for the all single phases, Black for neutral and Green for earthing.

Supply of fiber reinforced Calcium Sulphate panels having edges finished with PVC edge band and top surface should be finished with durable & environment friendly acoustic laminate pasted with special glue. Tile Size should be 600mm X 600mm with ESRG system suitable for finish floor height up to 300mm. - The Panel shall have:- - Density of 1650KgM3. - DIN 4102 class A1 for Heat Resistance - Core material thickness should be 30mm.
