M&L for carriying out maintenance / servicing of reciprocating type water cooled electric driven stationery Air Compressor model EH-200 Make;Kirlosker, capacity upto 5.7 Cum/min at 7 Kg/Sqcm air pressure of any position ,opening carefully cylinder head body and crank case, draining out the U/S compressor oil, cleaning the internal chamber and parts by diesel / K oil ,checking & tightening the parts, if required, fixing the serviceable parts in position, replacement of the defective / U/s parts /spares, reassembling the compressor, & testing of compressor on full load for its smooth and trouble free operation complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (ii) The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only’
