M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Clean the surface, saturated with water and remove the excess water if any and bring to touch dry state. Applying the first coat of mixed (@ 0.75 sqm/kg, 1mm thick for 2 coats) Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K on the prepared surface and allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours. Prepare another batch of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K and apply 2nd coat in direction 90° to first coat. Overlay proctected screed, using cement sand 1:3 along with Dr Fixit LW+ complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) The MES Department is not responsible for the payment of staff hired by contractor for complaint rates for attending the complaints by the electrician are deems to included in the item for repair i.e. Electrician / Helper, as all the items of CA are to be supply and fixed by the contractor.
