Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, walls, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling of floors health or walls tiling and Stone floor including cement mortar bedded (but not backing) & removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbies of the premises

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm (including size 400mmx400mm), as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles , Light Shade, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles with screed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6. all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified

M&L rendering 15mm thick in 1:4 cement plaster on of stone masonary surface is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete preparation of new surfaces of walls and preparation of surfaces (external faces) of walls and applying two coats of external weather proof paint of Apex or equivalent over a coat of primer (self coat) complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

M&L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required hade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including complete removal existing treatment of wall surfaces.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store complete all as specified & directed. Taking out of existing cable and supply and laying in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 2 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV , Type 1 flat with size 250mm x150 mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread approved Tibba sand for foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay GI tubing , 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as specified and directed.
