M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

(d) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (e) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (f) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (g) One coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @0.11Kg/Sqm. Note:- Prior to execution of the APP Membrane works, leak proof test shall be done by ponding water on roof slab to minimum depth of 25 mm. The entire roof slab shall be flooded with water for 48 hours. The necessary barrier shall be made to make feasible to stagnate water for 48 hours on roof slab.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.
