Excavation of foundation in hard soil within 50m intial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and leveling as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm size hard granite metal in foundation and plinth.

RCC work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken)stone chips including hoisting and laying including centering and shuttering etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth per cum.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure per cum.

15 Cm deep brick coping 23cm to 25cm thick walls including plastering (1:4) complete.

16mm. thick cement plaster in c.m. 1:6 over brick masonry

12mm. thick cement plaster in c.m. 1:6 over brick masonry

Wall Priming one coat on new work with wall water bound primer of approved shade.

Wall painting two coats on new work with Weather coat paint of approved shade.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth ramming and shaping into proper shape
