Design and construction of 2.00 lac litres capacity RCC over head water storage tank circular type supported on columns and beams with 21.33 mtrs. stagging height above plinth level designed with raft foundation fr a safe soil bearing capacity of 14.00 tonnes per sq. mtr. to with stand seismic forces and as per scope specifications/ special/ particular/ tendder conditions including all other fixure/ fittings testing required under relevant I.S. codes and other sound general Engineering particles complete in all respects i/c disposal of surplus earth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Deduction from Lump Sum amount of the contract if the stagging height of the tank above plinth level is reducted by 1 mtr. or multiple thereof.
Addition in Lump Sum amount of the contract if the staging height of the tank above plinth level is increased by 1 mtr. or multiple thereof.
