Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L Brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No 02 here-in-before but except bricks

M & L Brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No 04 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm aggregate crushed stone aggegate as in bed of channel and drains including finishing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), cement concrete ( unreinforced), etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with gery cement and no pigment, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with gery cement and no pigment over and including 15mm thick Screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire as in fencing including cutting Minor trees, shurbs etc & making temporary path for dismanting & repair work complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, Soft/loose soil. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete of fencing Post etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured),etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge..

All as per item No 19 here in before but except barbed wire.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Formwork to,rough finished surfaces of concrete,square, rectangular or polygonal, sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sq. cm and not exceeding 250 sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No 26 here in before but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups,spacers and binders.

All as per item No 26 here in before but MS round bar confirming or securing with clips, conforming to Fe 290 (Gde -E-165), etc complete all as specified by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F angle iron other section of any size as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S& F mild steel Framed work such as grills,Gate, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; incl side hung gates with pintel hinges, spops, hand made sliding bolts and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 15 cm long,Diameter of neck in 16 to 20 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise describe over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red Oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L precast cement concreteType B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate crushed stone as in cover slabs etc including necessary form work all specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of Wall by brooming down or steel scraping doown smoke soot's, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide & not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or man holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5 m in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft soils. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 450 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of drain/ Nallah by cutting all bushes,shurbs, sarkandas and any type of vegtation and desilting all deposit of soil and other materials to have a free flow of water and get a uniform trapezoidal/ rectangular shape of drain and removing all spoil from MOD area to distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500mtr and deposited in layer not exceeding 25cm thick, cross sectional area of drain/Nallah not exceeding 1.5 Sqm including removing refixing the precast RCC overs after cleaning the drain. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L PVC SWR pipe 75mm dia fixed as weep holes in drain walls complete all specified and directed Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all specified and directed Engineer-in- charge.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
