Repairing of oil pit and Construction of Transformer washing platform at workshop-Aliganj

Digging of pit size 2.5mx1.25m, there after construction of 22.5mm size brick wall (4 side + botton floor) in the pit. Fitting of MS tank size 2475mm x 1225mm x 1225mm after its construction from 3.15mm MS sheet and then making a pit cover made up of from MS angle size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm, MS strip size 25x3mm and fitting with double mesh capable of filtering coarse and fine size impurity in dirty oil.

Construction of CC platform along two sides of tank of size 3.5m x 1.5 & two sides of size 2.5m x 2m and 4.5m x 3m along the other two sides. The gradient of platforms will be maximum 50mm on the outer edge and zero mm flushed with tank collar so as to allow collection of oil by natural flow into the underground tank. MS sheet of size 3.15mm will be fitted over constructed CC platforms and side of CC platform will be collared by angle of size 65mm x 65mm x5mm to prevent breaking of edges.

Construction of shed around and above tank pit size 18.5m x 10.8m using profile sheet 0.5mm thk, square pipe of size 40mm x 40mm x 4mm for column and truss made of MS angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm. Shed height will vary from 4m at the highest point & to 3.3m at lowest.

Supply and installation of single phase 1 hp heavy duty monoblock transformer oil pump.

Electrical control panel for operation of motor with apporiate size Cu. Cables, switches, indicators complete in all respect confirming to ISS.
