ESD PUSH BUTTON ALONG WITH MANUAL RESET PUSH BUTTON STATION FOR SHUT DOWN VALVE :- Supply, testing, inspection, calibration, packing , forwarding, including third party inspection, insurance of Ex-proof Push Button made of stainless steel or aluminium alloy, equipped with a GREY mushroom-type push button for emergency shutdown, lockable for safety and manual reset push button for each ESD push buttons, equipied with a protective cover to prevent accidental operation, rated for use in hazardous areas zone 1, explosion-proof as per ATEX or IECEx standards, operating temperature range from -20°C to +65°C, electrical rating of 24V DC or 230V AC, fitted with NO/NC contacts, UV resistant for outdoor installation, GI mounting stand, clearly labeled with "Emergency Shutdown" marking, cable entries suitable for M20 or M25 glands, designed for interfacing with the UTILITY PLC system for critical shutdown operations as per scope of work and tender specification

PUSH BUTTON FOR DELUGE VALVE ACTIVATION :- Supply, testing, inspection, calibration, packing , forwarding, including third party inspection, insurance of Push Button made of stainless steel or aluminium alloy, equipped with a RED mushroom-type push button for activation DV system, equipied with a protective cover to prevent accidental operation, rated for use in the main control room , electrical rating of 24V DC or 230V AC, fitted with NO/NC contact as per scope of work and tender specification.

FRP CANOPY FOR PUSH BUTTON:- Supply, testing, inspection, packing, forwarding, including third party inspection, insurance of FRP canopy (dimensions:-360mm W x360mm H x 445mm D x minimum 3mm thick.) for ESD push button station.

PRESSURE GAUGE:- Supply, testing, inspection, calibration, packing, forwarding, including third party inspection, insurance of Pressure Gauges. Specification: Direct Mounted, Dial size: 150mm, Design Pressure 40 Bar, Range 0 to 40 Kg/Cm2 , constructed from 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, featuring a Bourdon tube mechanism for precise pressure measurement, SS316 2 way Manifold, Gauge Saver, ½-inch NPT process connection, glycerin-filled to reduce vibration, min IP65 , accuracy of ±1% of full scale, and is EN-837-(Part-1,2 & 3) latest edition as per scope of work and tender specification.

PRESSURE GAUGE (WATER):- Supply, testing, inspection, calibration, packing , forwarding, including third party inspection, insurance of Pressure Gauges for water lines. Specification: Direct Mounted, Dial size: 150mm,Design Pressure 20 Bar, Range 0 to 6 Kg/cm2 , constructed from 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, featuring a Bourdon tube mechanism for precise pressure measurement, SS316 2 way Manifold, Gauge Saver, ½-inch NPT process connection, glycerin-filled to reduce vibration, min IP65 , accuracy of ±1% of full scale, and is EN-837-(Part-1,2 & 3) latest edition as per scope of work and tender specification.

EXCESS FLOW CHECK VALVE:- Supply, testing, inspection, calibration, packing, forwarding, including third party inspection, insurance of excess flow check, MOC: Forged Brass, valve Size:- 1/2'' NPT(M) x 1/2'' NPT(F) for pressure gauge and pressure transmitter along with 3/4"(M) x 1/2"(F) expander/reducer. RTD WITH THERMOWELL:- Supply, testing, inspection, calibration, packing , forwarding, including third party inspection, insurance of RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) specification: Element 3 wire type Duplex (PT-100) with100 Ω resistance at 0 Deg C calibrated as per IEC 60751. RTD will be used within a temperature range of -200 to 400 Deg C. RTD accuracy will be class A as per IEC 60751. Temperature elements SS316, sheath diameter 6mm, SS316 sheathed with nipple union in SS316 with Die cast Al Head Flameproof, threaded cap with SS chain Process connection: 1/2" NPT(F), Explosion-proof design: ATEX/IECEx certified for hazardous areas zone 1, Power supply: 24 VDC, Environmental protection: IP 67 or better, Calibration: Factory calibrated with traceable certification as per scope of work and tender specification.
