Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with High Pressure Laminate Exterior Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with High Pressure Laminate Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. The HPL Laminate shall be 8mm thick

Fabrication , manufacturing and Transportation of precast solid members to site including casting of solid precast concrete element with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessories for walls, beams, slabs, stairs, column etc, of various thickness, shape and size of different concrete grades manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds (Pallet system, Tilts form, table moulds, battery moulds, vertical moulds, beam moulds, column moulds, staircase moulds,Facade mould, etc.), mixing, transporting , providing 100mm dia weep holes of 6 nos in each wall panel , placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessary cutout/holes of required sizes for services, yard handling & stacking all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawings and design mix as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of reinforcement, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inserts will be paid separately). Concrete grade M-35 (Cement content 370 kgs)

Providing & Grouting of dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members with M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non Shrink) of approved make by suitable means (Free flowing / pump), curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineer-incharge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed cementitious grout (non shrink) of approved make in dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing of Logo made of SS 304 grades like, (logo on Compound Wall including Scaffolding, cutting, making, installing, welding etc. All complete and as per sample approved and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Inclusive of all operations). Stainless steel Logo size (Apx. 200 mm dia with AAI emblem imbossed in it)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For Fixed Portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement

Supply and installation of SS 304 grade Channel letters , in Hindi , English and Tamil including making Channel letters by moulding/bending in automatic machine , making MS tube framework for fixing in RCC /Structural Steel Entrance portal as per the drawing at all heights and provision of backlite, side strips with LED lights, all complete as sample approved and as per direction of Engineer in charge. For Hindi and Tamil : ( matras, commas and the like not to be measured and paid for Half letter shall be counted as half ) Height of letters not less than and upto 450 mm with 16 guage sheets.

Structural design including submission of 3 sets of A0 size "good for construction" drawings to the EIC. Note: The design is to be carried out for structural work both RCC Structure and steel framing work for the proposed precast boundary wall and entrance canopy as per the details mentioned below. The proof checking of the structural design and drawing shall be got done by IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering college and the fee for the same shall also be paid by agency. The rate quoted by the agency should be inclusive of design ,vetting and submission of drawings and nothing extra will be paid by AAI.
