Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500 mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 or latest revision and direction of Engineer Incharge (only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. For Super Structure Note :1) Steel staging will have to be used for all structural /RCC works at all levels / heights.2) All surfaces adjacent to EPs, etc., shall be in true line and level & irregularities, if any, shall be rounded by mechanical grinding, chiselling, finishing the same using epoxy silica sand mortar( conbextra GP2 od M/s Fosroc or approved equivalent) at no extra payment. 3) The Design of Formwork shall be submitted for approval before commencement of work. 4) All tie rod holes, irregularities are to be made good with Conbextra GP2 of M/s. Fosroc or approved equivalent at Contractors own cost.
Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing patented cement based water proofing treatment from outside to Basement, lift pits, trenches, and other underground structures during construction, consisting of a water proof layer over cement concrete 1:3:6 bedding finished with Rough Shahbad stone of about 20 mm thick, well pointed in the joints with cement and approved make waterproofing compound as per manufcturer's specification and continuing the treatment after completion of floor slab & side walls on the outer face of walls up to 300 mm above the adjacent ground level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The total treatment of waterproofing treatment shall be around 75 mm for floors and 35 to 40 mm thick for walls.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :(1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC or Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. 3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 Jobs per day for the period (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job.mentioned in NIT. (5) Person should be engage after scrutiny of BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority.

Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder with 1 (one ) year experience/Diploma holder with 3 year experience /Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering / Technology conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University/ Autonomous Govt / Govt recognized recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.(3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 (one)/2 (two) Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT.(4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job.(5) Engineer should be engage after scrutiny of BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority.
Supplying man power along with necessary pans, spades, shovels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small special spade, raincoats, safety shoes, etc. minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Project Engineer to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/hume pipes /footpath by removing the dry leaves, silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by Project Engineer from time to time.
Providing F3 finish over concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
