S/R to Durgapur to Managovindapur road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete of proportion M15(1:2.5:5) in foundation using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement of any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovel,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contaction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where Spefied) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 etc complete. as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms, spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge work (AR - 06, P - 157, item no - 35) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
