Supply and fix pre fabricated/factory made modular kitchen unit below existing kitchen platform (approx 700mm in depth) and over head kitchen cabinets ( approx 300mm in depth ) (overall surface area 4.85 metres x 3 metres) ( nos of cabinet required both for below kitchen slab and over head kitchen cabinet shall be as per site requirement and as directed by Engg-In -Charge) as per following:- (i) Frame work of cabinet including drawer, facia/sides/bottom, shelves shall be made out of 16mm thick marine plyood as approved. (ii) Cabinet shutter shall be made made out of 16mm thick marine plyood as approved. Each shutter shall be fixed to the framework using two numbers of best uality EURO type Slip/Auto hinges and provided with one approved uality and profile brush finished stainless steel handle of 150mm long (Grade 304) (iii) Each drawer facia shall be made out of 16mm thick marine plyood as approved and approved quality and make stainless steel 304 grade baskets/acessories of approved quality, high precision telescopic channels/slides of approved make to be designed as per drawer sie to meet the weight requirement with minimum length of 500mm to ensure smooth movement of drawer with/without content weights and provided with approved quality 150mm size Stainless handles of grade 304. (iv) All stainless steel basket shall be of maximum size which can be accomdated in the respective space available inside each cabinets for smooth functionong of railing. The stainless steel rods provided shall be of combination of 5.5mm dia and 2.8mm dia rods (v) All shelves shall be supported on approved quality Stainless pins and shall be adjustable for various height requirements (vi) The unit shall be firmly fixed to the wall/slab/floor using non corrisive metal screws of appropiate size and rawl plug (vii) All exposed surfaces of the unit shall have lamination having thickness 1mm of approved make and pasted with syntheic resin based adhesive (vii) The thickness of four edges PVC lipping for shutters and drawers fascia shall be 2mm thick, thickness of edge lipping of carcass/plywood patition should be 0.8mm thick. The lipping/banding shall match with external laminate shade (viii) All faces and edges of kitchen slab, wooden planks for supporting telescopic channels rails and wooden fillers shall be painted with two coats of syntheic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer
