Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of electric receiving 33 KVA/11KV cum sub-station (Main Receiving Station i.e. MRS) including periodical maintenance/ repair /cleaning of 33 KV/11 KV yard and installation, equipments properly to keep dust free all the time and attending day to day all electric breakdown complaints of MRS/ Perimeter/ OTM/ depot/ Subsations transformers & VCB/ LT Panels/ MCB DBs/ LT & HT Cables etc at FAD Kanasar including conveyance for attending complaints, with one Electrician in three shift of 8 Hours each shift every day on 24 Hrs basis for operating the following at Kanasar :- (a) VCB 11 KV – 10 Nos (b) Transformer 11/.433 KV/ 63 KVA - 01 No (c) Transformer 33/11 KV /3.15 MVA - 01 No (d) Transformer 33/11 KV /5 MVA - 01 No. (e) VCB 33 KV - 02 Nos (f) GOD 33/11 KV - 02 Nos, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item No. 1 :- (i) After opening of Financial Bid, if it is found out that quoted rates in respect of serial item No. 1.00 of Schedule ‘A’ are below the existing minimum labour wages rates of skilled labour for Electrician as prescribed by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher for Class 'B' City including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, GST, Labour welfare cess etc as applicable on the bid submission end date, then Accepting officer at his sole discretion, has the right to reject the quoted bid and the same shall be treated as “Non-Bonafide”. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids for acceptance. However contractor is also responsible to pay increased minimum wages, even as notified during currency of the work by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher without any extra cost to the government.

Notes for serial item No. 1 Contd...:- (ii) Conveyance for attending day to day complaints shall be provided by the contractor and quoted rates shall deemed to include this aspect. (iii) Material required for the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor and the same shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule. (iv) Timing of shifts shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) General cleaning of Main Receiving Station 33 KV/ 11 KV & sub-station buildings with cleaning of plants machinery, LT Panels and grass cutting etc under the premises shall be carried out by the contractor and quoted rates shall deemed to include this provision. (vi) Log sheets of Main Receiving Station for daily running records in booklet form complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per sample kept in the office of Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided by the contractor and quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include for the same. (vii) If any loss/damage takes place during operation of MRS, the same shall be made good by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

S&F MCCB, 3 Pole, 125 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 16 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, Magnetic fixed type and making connections, including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for ascertaining / pin pointing the fault in faulty 11 KV HT cables by using HT cable fault locator machine, removing the fault and testing HT cable at 22 KV complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work and cable jointing kit shall be measured & paid for separately.

Taking down / taking out carefully old serviceable / unserviceable burnt / punctured / faulty aluminium / LT Pilica cable / XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade of size 10 sqmm to 70 sqmm laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) If cable is damaged by the contractor’s workmen during the execution of work, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Laying / Fixing only serviceable LT Pilica cable / XLPE cable 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 11.00 here-in-before, laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Taking down / taking out carefully old serviceable / unserviceable burnt / punctured / faulty aluminium / LT Pilica cable / XLPE cable 1100 Volt grade of size 95 sqmm to 240 sqmm laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) If cable is damaged by the contractor’s workmen during the execution of work, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Laying only Fly Ash / sub class `B’ (old size) bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No 11.00 & 13.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for disconnecting the HT 11KV VCB/SF6 panel capacity ranging from 400 to 630 Amp, relay setting, calibration, checking with injecting artificial load through CTs, overhauling of complete panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker, checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully, carrying out minor repairs, cleaning of parts/accessories, tank, baffle plates, rotating contract, upper supports, lower supports, drive assemblies and all other spares parts all as directed and reassembled & testing after repair/replacement of the unserviceable / worn out parts complete in all respect all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Repair work shall be carried out only by the authorised technician of the OEM. (ii) Spare parts as required for replacement of existing worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under respective items of this Schedule. (iii) Labour for replacement/fixing of the supply only items shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) After execution of this item, contractor shall produce the test certificate of the OEM to Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed, stringing for overhead line on HT/LT poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly, stretching properly and connecting with suitable PG clamps, etc including dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type/capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes, etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

M&L for servicing of GOD assembly of any capacity (33 KV / 11 KV) including cleaning the rusted surface of fixed and moving contacts, replacing finger contact, moving contact, applying grease, replacing the worn out jumper clamps / jumpers, nut / bolts etc, checking for proper alignment and smooth working of GOD complete all as directed.

M&L for collecting sample of transformer oil from 3.15/5 MVA transformer and testing of Di-electric strength of oil from government approved lab and submitting the test report to department all as directed.
