REPAIR/REWIRING/MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FANS, PEDESTAL FAN, WALL MOUNTING FANS, VENTILATION FANS, UNDER GE(WEST) PATHANKOT

Taking down carefully 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan any make from the hook of OTM/MD Accn carrying to the wksp including rehanging the same at existing position after cleaning, greasing and connecting up with PVC insulated copper flexible wire 3 x single core 1.0 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . NOTE :-1. PVC copper flexible wire 1.0 Sqmm single core( 3 runs each) shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. 2. Total service time from taking down to rehanging must not exceed 3 Days . 3. T&P such as ladder and vechicle will be provided by contractor at their own expense .

Strip opening of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep and carrying out rewinding with proper grade/guage super enamelled copper winding wire so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM (RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done by contractor and shown to deptt , tachometer will be provided by contractor at their own expense) and all insulating materials (spares will be used and measure in respective items) and reasembling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Under defect liability period, in case winding or any accessory i.e capacitor, regulator becomes non functional, it will be repaired without any extra cost within 10 days of complaints received.)

All as per srl item No.2 here-in-before but ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep.

Painting of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep including blades complete with white synthetic enamel paint by spray painting to achieve a smooth and uniform finish (one coat) including scrabbing existing paint, cleaning and filling up cavaties with suitable filler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- If Painting of fans required must be done before re-hanging of fan as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

S&F ball bearings of size 6201 suitable for ceiling fans/exhaust fans complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 5.00 here-in-before but of size 6202 complete.

Taking out existing worn out gun metal bush and material & labour for new gun-metal bush (of suitable size) to the ceiling fans of any size/make incl reassembling and testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing defective/worn out condenser any size/make and material and labour for condensor of capacity 2.5 mfd, 220 V including making connections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 10.00 here-in-before but of capacity 3.15 mfd capacity.

Taking down carefully exhaust fan 225mm to 450mm sweep from the existing any make including re-fixing in existing position after cleaning and greassing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE :- Total service time from taking down to rehanging must not exceed 3 Days.)

M&L for for rewinding of stator assembly of exhaust fan/bracket fans/wall mounting fans/pedestal fans 375 to 450mm sweep after strip opening of motor with proper grade/guage of super enamelled copper winding wire so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM including all insulating materials, re-assembling and replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, rubber bushes, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- 1. RPM test of exhaust fan with suitable tachometer will be done in the presence of Engineer -in -Charge. 2. No T&P will be provided by the Deppt. 4. Warranty period is 1 year,in case winding or any accessory i.e capacitor,regulator ,becomes non functional within 1 year , it will be repaired without any extra cost within 10 days of complaints received.)

All as per srl item No.14.00 here-in-before but of 225 size to 300 mm sweep.

M&L for painting to exhaust fans/bracket fans/wall mounting fans/pedestal fans up to 300 mm sweep of any make motor, body, blade and frame with one coat of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint by spray painting to achieve smooth and uniform finish incl removal of existing paint, filling up cavities with filler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . (Note :- If Painting of fans required must be done before re-fixing of fan as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

All as per ser item No 16.00 here-in-before but of size 375 to 450 mm sweep.

Taking out existing worn out rubber reel, clamp and supply & fixing of rubber reel with clamps, MS nuts, bolts heavy duty of suitable size for hanging of ceiling fan to hook etc complete all as directed.

Taking out rusted screws & S&F of screws for fixing to different type/make blades of ceiling fans complete.

Taking out worn out/defective adopter and M & L for MS adopter coupling suitable for universal joint of ceiling fan and down rod for different makes of ceiling fans complete all as directed.

Taking out worn out/cracked canopy and supply & fixing canopy (Set of 2 pieces) with screws to the celing fans of any size/make etc complete all as directed.

Taking out rusted/worn out threaded down rod and supply & fixing down rod made out of 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe having one side thread and on other side hole or both side threaded/hole 2 feet long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out rusted/worn out threaded down rod and supply & fixing down rod made out of 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe having one side thread and on other side hole or both side threaded/hole 2.5 feet complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out rusted/worn out threaded down rod and supply & fixing down rod made out of 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe having one side thread and on other side hole or both side threaded/hole 3 foot complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective fan regulator any type and make and supply & fix electronic step type fan regulator 5 stage speed variation, including making connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing defective flexible wire of any size and M&L for PVC copper cable flexible wire 3 core 1.0 Sqmm 1100 volts (FR) three core fixed to ceiling fan/exhaust fan (not more than 1.0 Mtrs to each fan) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down worn out blades of exhaust fan/wall mounting/padestal fan off size 225 to 300mm sweep and supply and fixing new blades as per sample and make to the fan refixing in existing position etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 27.00 here-in-before but 375 to 450mm sweep.

Taking down worn out blades of ceiling fan off size 1200 to 1400 mm sweep and supply and fixing new blades as per sample and make to the fan refixing in existing position etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plastic bottom cover of ceiling fans any size & any make of fan complete with all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250m, including cutting the round/square hole of required size in wall and finishing the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:4, including connecting with PVC insulated 3 core 1.5sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan and writing MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint 2.0 CM hight complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

S&F exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers, including cutting the round/square hole of required size in wall and finishing the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:4, including connecting with PVC insulated 3 core 1.5sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan and writing MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint 2.0 CM hight complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 3,26,719.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
