Taking down carefully copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete except conduit (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets etc., to be measured seperately) and making good disturbed surface of wall, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade copper conductor single core multi stranded drawn through existing conduit and MS pressed steel terminal boxs with new 3 mm thick hylam sheet suitable for housing switiches, sockets, fan regulators etc., including one run of 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for continious earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.for for One light / fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mmdia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. Note:- Rewinding, spare parts such as ball bearing, capacitor, bush etc., required to make the ceiling fan serviceable shall be measured paid seperately under relevent items. Note: Refixing fan shall be tested after fixing the blades

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser)of any type and make up to 25 /50 Ltrs capacity after disconnecting all Electrical connecting,descaling the inner container heating element base assembly etc by using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleanning thoroughly,filling the inner container with water and checking leakage if any reasembling the geyser after of leakage by bracing and electric and water supply lines,refixing and testing on completion all as specified and directed (Note:-spares shall be measured and paid saperately under relevent items of this Schedule)

Disconnecting, removing carefully the 5 nos electronic meter from existing Meter box and refixing the same with provision of Hylam sheet size of 900 x 600 x 6 mm for fixing the retrieved meters on the existing meter box complete. Note : Thequoted rate is deemed to include for suitable wires for connecting meters to DB.
