Dismantling of floor tiles

Plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 using 40mm ISS metal from the apporoved quarry including cost and convence of the materials to site and all the labour charges etc, complete as per the standard specification

Paving the floor with vertified tiles of 20mm thick in cm 1:3 and pointed with same colour cement including all cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with design antiskid ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305mm x 305 mm x 6mm in all floor aver a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20 mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement.

Finishing the front face of walls and floor etc., with european tiles of size of 30x30x18 mm approved colour using cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick and pointed same colour pigment at 4 Kg/cm2 etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC Ceiling fan complete with stepped elctronic 300 W regulator with 1m down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross cum size 450 mm (18") etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/K-Lite) suitable for 15W CFL lamp with CFL (SD 83)

Supplying and fixing the door, window, ventilator all cost and conveyance.

Brick work in the cement mortar 1:5 mix using well burnt country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4" from approved quarry including all cost and conveyance of materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering cement mortar 1: 3 mix 10mm thick including cost and conveyance all materials etc. completeas per std specification
