Repair to 5000 GPH x 220 meter head pump motor set of unit no. 1 installed at pumping station Dhema. The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame suction and delivery, plugging the delivery with blind flange and thereafter shifting to workshop for repair. Extraction of internal assembly and repair by way of remetalling, turning and finishing of the main shaft to the original bearing size, fabrication / fitting of neck ring-3nos., protection sleeve 2 nos. gland plate-1no. Repairing of impellers 05 nos., diffuser 04 nos., and diffuser bushes 04 nos. Providing and fitting of new bearing housing assembly at non driving end. Providing and fitting of new bearings 306-2nos. by replacing damaged bearing. Repair to suction and delivery by drilling and tapping. Job also includes fabrication of coupling pulley set and thereafter shifting to site and coupling of pump with the motor and making proper leveling and alignment. Job also includes replacement of motor bearings 6312-2nos. Testing the pump motor set on no and on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any should be quoted separately.
Job charges for repair to 50000 GPH x 50 meter head HC pump set of unit no.3 installed at pumping station Salmay stage-0 (Old) by way of dismantling of pump set at site, extraction of pump shaft assembly, shifting of same to workshop, repair to pump shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing for exact bearing size, providing, fabrication and fitting of shaft sleeves-2nos, shaft bushes-2nos, impeller-1nos. diffuser-1no., neck ring-2nos.. Replacement of bearings 7312-2nos. and 412-1no. by providing and fitting of new bearings alongwith pumps greasing and then shifting the same upto the site of work. Assembling of complete pump set at site coupling with motor after making proper leveling and alignment and then testing the pump set on full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any should be quoted separately.
