REPAIR TO ROOF AND WATER PROOFING AND MISC WORKS AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II UNDER GE PANAGARH

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of complete existing treatment of any description on roof surfaces of any description and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, forign items complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 KG of cement per sqm mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for pcc 1:2;4 type B I (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or camfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 25mm thick(12.5mm graded agg) in padding for levelling course of roof, rounded or chamfer edge sloping, the roof slab etc concrete mixed with water proofing compound including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinfoced) roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item .

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation ne surfaces of roof and applying two cpats of Ployurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over & including one coat of self priming primer @ one litre per ten sqm with reinforcing fabric sheet as per manufactures instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) As per description of theis item minimum two coats of Ployurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out by as per manufacturer instruction. Please note no price adjustment shall be made, if as per manufacturer instructions more coats of Polyurethene(PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound & primer are required for roof treatment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building/Structure of any height.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment with 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polyester(bituminous) membrane miniumum weight 3kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric wt not less than 150gms/sqm flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof (An overlap of 100mm and 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in plinth protection/floor including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, flat or curved incl ridges hips valleys as in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for pre-painted, galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work or & including door, gates any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubular framed work as in roof covering, trusses, purlin, rails and fasterning and heave, channel of flat section including distence pieces, cleats etc incl cutting to dead length where reqired ,notching, drilling, fitting,riviting and or wellding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivits or bolts and nuts)and fixing complecte all as specified.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean redious built in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces work finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface & apply two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali primer resistance complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE

Materials and Labour for non-skid ceramic, straight cut/joint free, 7-8 mm thick colored tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with grout of matching shade, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE

M&L for glazed cermic tiles 300x200x7 to 8 mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE

M & L for dubbing out average 15 mm thick on irregular faces of chajjas, balconies, walls etc by using cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium (extruded section body) door closer hydraulically regulated designation No-3 universal type, suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bib tap, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type low level flushing cistern with all accessories complete fixed with WC including syphone pipe, PVC flushing pipe and brackets complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, withcapstan heads,chromium plated,screwed down highpressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' withlong screwed shanks and fly-nuts,screwed for iron pipe and fixed,fancy type suitable for 15 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm size PTMT nuts of length 450mm.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair tubular towel rail 20mm dia D type and 60cm long between flanges of brass chromium plated complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs wash basins, vitreous china, white, flat back, size 550 mm X 400 mm with and including cast iron brackets (embedded in wall upto 110 mm depth with and including cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate or fixing on wall with and including rawl plug and screws), 32 mm nominal size, copper alloy, nickel chromium plated finish waste fittings, including painting of fittings and brackets, sealing gap between wall and basin with silicone sealant, cutting and making good the walls wherever required and connecting to supply pipes, waste pipes, waste fittings etc. with silicone sealant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair stop valves, cast copper alloy , fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle,long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed both ends for steel pipe of for unions, 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm dia GI tubing medium grade with all fittings to walls, ceiling or laid under floors including taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes,100mm dia ISI marked (IS:3989), in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls with and including mild steel clamps, including dismantling of cast iron pipes with all fittings and fixing acessories complete all as specified.

S&F as in repair Cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (largrer bore measured), suitable for 100 mm bore , ISI marked,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) rain water pipe fixed to wall set in cement mortar with and including MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm including nuts bolts etc including dismantling of PVC rain water 110mm dia , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair PVC bends plain (any radius) for 110mm bore PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.
